We're a family-run commercial laundry, not a data company. This page explains, in plain language, what information we handle and why.
What we collect
When you request a free cost analysis — on our website, by phone, or through a form on Facebook or Instagram — we receive what you choose to share: your name, phone number, company or facility name, email address, industry, and anything you write in your message. Our website also records anonymous page-view counts (page visited, rough device type, referring site). We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.
How we use it
We use your contact information for one thing: talking with you about commercial laundry service — returning your call, preparing your cost analysis, and coordinating pickup and delivery if you become a customer. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Website analytics
Our site counts visits without cookies. We never store your IP address or an identifier that can follow you across days or websites.
Lead ads
If you submit a form through one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta delivers your responses to us and also processes them under its own data policy. We treat those responses exactly like a quote request from our website.
Keeping and deleting your information
Quote requests are kept so we can serve you and keep our records straight. If you want your contact information corrected or deleted, call us or email us and we'll take care of it.
